1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "you", "your") and pg386 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"), the operator of the online betting and gaming platform accessible at https://pg386.cam. By accessing the Platform, creating an account, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform. pg386 reserves the right to modify, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

These Terms are written in English and shall be interpreted in accordance with English-language legal conventions. Any translation provided for informational convenience is non-binding; the English version governs in all disputes.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the pg386 website, mobile interfaces, software applications, and all related services available at https://pg386.cam.
• "Account" means a unique registered user profile that grants access to the betting and gaming services offered by pg386.
• "Services" means all sports betting (including football wagering, bandar bola (sports bookmaking), and mix parlay (accumulator betting)), live casino, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), slot gacor (high-RTP slot games), sabung ayam (virtual cockfighting), and all other gaming verticals made available on the Platform.
• "IDR / Rp" means Indonesian Rupiah, the sole currency in which pg386 accounts are denominated.
• "Wager / Bet" means any real-money stake placed on a game or sporting event through the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, or reload bonuses credited to an Account under a promotional campaign.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required under our anti-money-laundering obligations.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it may be withdrawn as cash.

3. Eligibility

To register an Account and use the Services, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. pg386 maintains a strict 21+ policy and enforces age verification during the KYC process. Underage gambling is illegal and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any funds held.
2. You must be a resident of Indonesia and must not be located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
3. You must be acting on your own behalf, not as an agent or on behalf of a third party.
4. You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order or cooling-off period, whether imposed by pg386 or any affiliated responsible-gaming registry.
5. You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under applicable law.
6. You must not have been previously banned or suspended from the pg386 platform or any sister platform operated by the same entity.

pg386 reserves the right to request evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in suspension of withdrawal rights pending review.

4. Account Registration & Verification

4.1 Registration

Each individual may hold a maximum of one Account on the Platform. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — identified by shared name, address, device, IP address, payment method, or phone number — will be merged or closed. Winnings and bonus balances generated via duplicate accounts will be voided.

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name as it appears on your national identity card (KTP), date of birth, valid email address, and active Indonesian mobile number. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

Prior to processing your first withdrawal — and at our discretion for deposits exceeding Rp 5.000.000 — we may require you to submit copies of government-issued identification (KTP or passport), a recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your address, and — where applicable — documentation verifying your payment method. We aim to complete KYC reviews within 48 hours of receiving complete documentation.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must notify pg386 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. pg386 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorized account access that you failed to report promptly.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

pg386 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following channels, all denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR): major Indonesian banks including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and Bank Permata; and digital wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

5.2 Deposit Rules

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited. pg386 reserves the right to return deposits it cannot verify and to request documentary proof of the funding source. Deposit processing times vary by method; bank transfers are generally credited within 5–15 minutes during banking hours (WIB, UTC+7). Minimum deposit amounts are stated on the Deposit page within your Account dashboard.

5.3 Withdrawal Rules

Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods that match the name on your pg386 Account. Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of any active wagering requirements attached to Bonus Funds. pg386 targets processing of verified withdrawal requests within 24 hours; actual bank transfer timelines depend on the receiving institution. Accounts that have not yet completed KYC verification may have withdrawal limits applied until the review is finalized.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

All promotional offers published on the Platform or communicated via email or SMS are subject to specific bonus terms, including — but not limited to — minimum deposit thresholds, eligible game categories, wagering requirements (typically expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount), maximum bet limits while a bonus is active, time limits for meeting wagering requirements, and game contribution percentages.

The following general bonus rules apply to all promotions unless explicitly overridden in the individual promotion terms:

• Only one bonus may be claimed per promotion per household, per IP address, and per registered Account.
• Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn until the full wagering requirement has been met.
• If a withdrawal is requested before wagering requirements are met, any remaining Bonus Funds and bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited.
• pg386 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse bonus offers through arbitrage betting, hedging, or coordinated multi-account play will result in bonus cancellation and possible Account suspension.

7. Prohibited Activities

Users of the Platform are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity documents, payment details, or age information.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Automated Play: Using bots, macros, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any automated decision-making tool to place wagers or interact with the Platform.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds that are the proceeds of criminal activity. pg386 complies with international anti-money-laundering standards and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or e-wallet provider for a legitimate deposit. Chargebacks will result in immediate Account suspension pending investigation.
• System Exploitation: Exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical malfunctions for financial gain. Any winnings derived from verified system errors will be voided.
• Unauthorized Commercial Activity: Using the Platform to promote competing gambling services, or harvesting user data for commercial use without our written consent.

pg386 employs advanced fraud-detection systems and cooperates with payment processors and law-enforcement agencies. Accounts found in violation of this clause face permanent suspension and the forfeiture of all balances.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, images, logos, software, game interfaces, video streams, databases, and the pg386 brand mark — is the exclusive property of pg386 or its content licensors and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal and recreational purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, reverse-engineer, modify, create derivative works from, or publicly display any part of the Platform's content without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pg386 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption — arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

pg386's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pg386 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Platform at any time for maintenance, security, or regulatory reasons without incurring liability.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

The collection, storage, and processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an Account, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

We implement industry-standard security measures including SSL/TLS encryption, two-factor authentication options, and strict internal data access controls to safeguard your information. 11. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pg386 holds its international gaming license. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be referred to and finally resolved by binding arbitration under internationally recognized rules of commercial arbitration.

The arbitration shall be conducted in the English language. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties. Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its rights pending the outcome of arbitration.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

12. Amendments to These Terms

pg386 reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify registered users via email or an in-platform notification. Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

We encourage you to review this page periodically. If you disagree with any revised Terms, your only recourse is to close your Account and cease using the Platform. Outstanding wagering requirements must still be fulfilled before remaining balances can be withdrawn.
