Data Protection

Privacy Policy

At pg386, your privacy is taken seriously. This policy explains exactly what data we collect, why we collect it, how we protect it, and what rights you have as a registered user on our platform.

Our Privacy Principles

Six foundational commitments that govern how pg386 handles every piece of personal information you share with us.

Minimal Data Collection

We collect only the data that is strictly necessary to operate your account, process transactions, and comply with our regulatory obligations. No superfluous data is retained.

Bank-Grade Encryption

All data in transit is protected by TLS 1.3 encryption. Sensitive data at rest — including payment details and identity documents — is stored using AES-256 encryption standards.

No Sale of Personal Data

pg386 does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes. Your data is yours — we are only custodians of it.

Purpose Limitation

Data collected for one purpose — such as identity verification — will not be repurposed for unrelated activities such as marketing analytics without your explicit consent.

Your Rights, Honored

You may request access to, correction of, or erasure of your personal data at any time by contacting our support team. We process all data-rights requests within 30 days.

Transparent Practices

We keep this policy up to date and notify registered users of material changes via email. You will never encounter undisclosed data practices on the pg386 platform.

What You Can Ask Us to Do

As a pg386 user, you hold the following data rights. Contact our support team to exercise any of them.

Right to Access

Request a copy of all personal data we hold about you, including your account details, transaction records, and KYC documents.

Right to Rectification

Ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete personal data held on your account, such as an incorrect date of birth or misspelled name.

Right to Erasure

Request deletion of your personal data where we no longer have a lawful basis to retain it, subject to legal retention obligations.

Right to Restriction

Ask us to temporarily restrict processing of your data — for example, while a rectification request is under review.

Right to Portability

Receive your personal data in a structured, machine-readable format so you can transfer it to another service provider.

Right to Object

Object to our processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes. We will honor all opt-out requests without penalty.
